Two years ago today, I decided to take my own advice, feel the fear, and do it anyway.
Be You Boldly, as of today, is TWO YEARS in business. I texted a few of my friends yesterday a funny video clip I was able to create with one of our clients, saying, "I get paid to do this." The reality is I wake up most days wondering how in the heck we got here.
But I know exactly how. Jesus.
The days are long; sometimes, I am running on hours of sleep, my brain literally never shuts off with ideas, there are tears shed, days where I quit (isn't that right, Joanna), I fail, and get back up, and I can tell you for certain I wouldn't have it any other way.
To the ones who listen to my one million ideas and share your talents to make those ideas a reality, this business wouldn't be without you. I learned a long time ago that the only way to see God's visions for your life become a reality is to come alongside other believers. You CAN NOT do any pieces of business or life alone. You aren't meant to. Thank you for trusting me.
To the businesses who have given us the opportunity to hear your story, create content to share with the masses, and trust us with the visions God has gifted you, THANK YOU! I am honored and humbled every day I wake up and press post.
Year two was filled with growth, lessons learned, lots of yeses and noes, new services, a few meltdowns, imposter syndrome, and upgraded equipment, and I am confident that we are just getting started!
Lord, may I never lose sight of why we are doing this. You have told me time and time again to SHARE YOUR STORY, and I want nothing more than to obediently put one foot in front of the other, even on days when I have zero clue what I am doing, and do exactly that.

May you do something today that you know you are called to do. You don’t need to have all the knowledge. You don’t have to be ready. You just have to be bold enough to feel the fear and do it anyways.
