This sun hoodie is.
Designed with UV protection and lightweight performance fabric, it's built for crews spending long days outdoors—whether that's on a construction site, in the field, surveying property, maintaining utilities, or working through the summer heat.

We used a silicone heat transfer that won't weigh the garment down and is designed to move with the fabric instead of fighting against it.

There’s a reason some custom apparel looks great when it arrives… and starts cracking after the first wash.
It usually comes down to one thing: cure temperature.
When plastisol ink doesn’t reach a full cure in the dryer, the print can look perfect coming off the press. The color is right. The feel is right. Everything appears good to go.
Then it gets washed.
That’s why quality control matters.
In this photo, two of our screen printing team members are checking a finished print before it goes into the box. They’re verifying that the ink has cured properly and will perform the way it’s supposed to long after delivery.
The best part? If we catch an undercured print, we can often save it with an additional pass through the dryer at the correct temperature. No wasted garment. No reprint. No delay for the client.
That kind of technical knowledge isn’t learned overnight. It’s built through years of hands-on production experience.
We focus on the details so our clients can focus on running their businesses.

There’s a quieter benefit to working with a local apparel partner that doesn’t always make it into the sales pitch.
Local businesses help other local businesses do their work better.
When nonprofits create real impact in a community, everyone around them feels it. Stronger neighborhoods. More community pride. More reasons for people to support local organizations and businesses alike.
We recently had the opportunity to produce apparel for a nonprofit doing exactly that kind of work. Their mission is focused on creating lasting impact in the community they serve. Our role was making sure every shirt worn by volunteers, supporters, and donors reflected that mission well.
The apparel was only part of it.

Most large production shops have automated almost everything. Files get uploaded. Machines run. Orders ship out. Very little attention gets paid to the final product once production starts.
We’ve never believed that’s the right way to do it.
Every hat in this run started with a custom digitized file built specifically for the cap style, crown shape, and stitch profile. Our operators set up every machine by hand and monitored the run from start to finish.
And before a single hat hit the box, every piece was inspected by hand.
