We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Manager to join our team.
As a Social Media Manager at 43north, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that increase our clients’ online presence and improve their marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with our Operations Manager and our content team.
Responsibilities:
Develop organic and paid social media campaigns
Update social media content across all channels
Engage with customers and followers
Collaborate with content team to produce content that meets client goals
Keep a close eye on social media trends
Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication and time management skills
Ability to work on a team and work independently on multiple projects at once
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Outstanding communication and people skills
Excellent attention to detail and a creative and positive attitude
Trustworthiness
Interacts with all responsibilities with integrity and honesty
Promptly reports to work on time and communicates well with direct reports
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience as a social media manager or a similar role preferred
Experience in creating social media strategies
Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms (primarily Facebook and Instagram)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to craft engaging content
Some graphic design experience preferred
