After more than 30 years as part of the Holt Bosse team—making it through a few different company names and ownership changes along the way—we’re celebrating Patti, our longtime writer, storyteller, and all-around legend.

Crafting compelling copy about everything from beaches and beverages to hotels and hinges, Patti has quite literally written it all. For years, she’s been the voice behind so many of our stories, and the heart behind our team culture--a true “company mom” and a favorite of clients far and wide.

Patti, your impact here is immeasurable, and while we’ll miss you dearly, we couldn’t be more excited to see where your next chapter takes you. We have a feeling it’s going to be a great story.

We recently partnered with Schoolcraft County to develop a unified brand designed to drive both economic development and visitor growth.

To get it right, we started by meeting with an inclusive cross-section of the community, where we were able to hear firsthand what matters most to them, who they are today and what they aspire to be. From those conversations, a brand voice emerged that reflects the true heart of Schoolcraft County: human connection, creativity and incredible natural beauty. ✨

To carry this vision forward, we collaborated on a flexible logo and marketing suite that gives each local community its own distinctive identity while staying true to its shared story.

We are so honored to share that this partnership was recognized with a 2025 Platinum MarCom Award! 
We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built alongside our friends at Discover Schoolcraft County and can’t wait to see this brand continue to grow.

We want to take a moment to recognize our design intern, Faith and her latest work.

Faith’s senior project, Layered Thoughts, is more than just an exhibit, it’s a masterclass in resilience and the intentional act of self-growth. Her work explores the grit it takes to silence the inner critic and replace it with positivity.

In Faith's Words:

"My senior project, Layered Thoughts, is about destroying the negative ideas I hold about myself and learning to replace them with a kinder perspective. Each piece started as a blank canvas bearing a negative thought, then painted over with bold colors and a louder truth. I wanted to remind anyone who has ever struggled with negative self-talk or self-doubt that growth comes from speaking kindly to yourself, not tearing yourself down!"

Faith’s powerful message is a refreshing and necessary reminder. We can all learn something from her willingness to be vulnerable and her commitment to reclaiming her own narrative. Check out her exhibit at Harrigan Hall at Andrews University through the summer!

Faith, we are incredibly proud of the artist and the human you are. You are nothing short of inspiring.
