Diane Hook has provided legal services to the residents of St. Joseph and surrounding areas since 2003. Since that time, Diane has been a member of several civic organizations, serving on the Board of Directors of the Second Harvest Community Food Bank, the YWCA in St. Joseph, and the Midland Empire Homebuilders Association. She also served as President of the Missouri Western State University Alumni Association and the Executive Board of MWSU Foundation. Diane represents many of the real estate brokers in St. Joseph, and has received an award for her excellent legal service to the St. Joseph Regional Association of Realtors. She is a member of the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce.
Diane is licensed in Missouri and Kansas and is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Kansas Bar, in federal courts in Missouri and Kansas, and has been admitted to the United States Tax Court.
Diane enjoys working with her clients to address and solve the problems that they are experiencing, whether that is creating a tailored estate plan, administering the trust or estate of a loved one, assisting in business and compliance matters, representing landlords, or working on real estate issues. Diane is respected by her peers for her no nonsense approach to the law, having served as the St. Joseph Bar Association President in 2013, and as secretary of the St. Joseph Bar Association for several years prior to being nominated as President.
