At the end of 2019, we started working with The Benson Dulin Group of Benson & Mangold Real Estate to brand their new partnership and create a comprehensive, integrated marketing and communications plan.

Throughout 2020, we worked closely with BDG to execute their marketing plan, and grow their business. We used an array of IMC tactics and strategies including: total company branding (logo and other graphic elements, brand discovery to create company vision, mission, promise, value, etc., and extensive brand messaging); website creation and management; consistent e-mail marketing for their brand and their listings; marketing collateral creation and print management for their brand (business cards, brochures, letterheads, email signatures, thank you cards, envelopes, presentation folders, etc.); listing-based marketing and advertising (brochures, webpages, property e-blasts, open house e-invitations, video promotions, mailers, etc.); content marketing in the way of blogs, videos, and infographics; social media profile creation and monthly management for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Later; advertisement creation and placement; graphic design; and anything else they needed!

Our goal was to increase their brand awareness, gain new listings, find buyers, and sell their listings. In total, over the course of just one year, they sold SIXTY EIGHT properties; 34 representing the property seller, and 34 representing the property buyer!

We are ecstatic to have helped them make their first official year as The Benson Dulin Group, such a success! Their hard work and dedication was exemplary, they stayed open-minded, weren’t afraid to try new things, and really put their trust in us and our process.
