Healing from PTSD isnโt some straight-line, motivational-poster bu****it journey. Itโs deeply personal. Itโs messy. Itโs exhausting. And some days, just getting through the damn day is a win. ๐ค
But healing is also about reclaiming your life โ piece by piece โ and rewriting a future that the darkness tried like hell to steal from you.
You are ๐๐๐ defined by what happened to you.
You are ๐๐๐defined by the worst thing you endured.
You are defined by the fact that youโre still here, still fighting, still breathing, and still carrying a light that the darkness couldnโt put out.
And PTSD nightmares? They arenโt always exact replays of the event. Sometimes they donโt show you the same place, the same faces, or the same moment.
Sometimes they replay the emotions of the event.
The fear.
The helplessness.
The sadness.
The feeling of being trapped in something your mind and body never fully got to escape.
That doesnโt make you weak.
That doesnโt make you broken.
That makes you human.
Healing takes time. It takes support. It takes honesty. And sometimes it takes saying, โ๐๐๐๐, ๐ฐโ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐
๐๐,โ without feeling like you have to apologize for it.
Keep going. Keep talking. Keep reaching out.

And your story sure as hell isnโt over.
