We get a lot of calls from clients asking about this letter mailed to them regarding their website domain.

At first glance it looks like a renewal for their website domain, but the fine print reads: "THIS IS NOT A BILL. THIS IS A SOLICITATION. YOU ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO PAY THE AMOUNT STATED ABOVE UNLESS YOU ACCEPT THIS OFFER."

There are multiple companies that send these out too. Most of the time your registrar will not send a letter requesting payment.

If you receive something in the mail, please consult with your webmaster/marketing team before wasting your money!
