A business coach may not agree with me on this, BUT...

I rarely stick to my clients’ 30 days of email support as a hard rule.

Anytime there’s an issue from my clients (website goes down, a video stopped playing, weird spacing that “won’t go away”), I jump in and fix it
..almost immediately.

If I see a message come through, I jump on it as soon as possible.

Sometimes they take 2 minutes, other times they take 20.

If I can lesson the tech burden for my clients, I’ll do it - 99% of the time at no extra cost.

I’m sure all of my clients that have had random issues come up over the years can attest to that.

In a world where ghosting clients is on the rise, it’s mission to go above and beyond for mine ❤️

So grateful I listened to the little voice in the back of my mind that I was meant to do work with more purpose and meaning.

I’ll never forget walking out of my agency job in 2018 and lying to almost everyone around me saying I was moving cities without a new job when I had a big plan all along 🫠

I was scared of the judgement, especially if things didn’t work out. Little did I know that I’d later receive phone calls asking how I did it.

It’s been the most crazy ride, with many highs and lows, but I wouldn’t change it for anything.

Let’s dive into a BTS of this client project...

Heather Crabtree has been a business strategist and coach for 15 years, and she was in need of a website redesign that reflected her current level in business.

She worked with a brand designer beforehand, who created new logos as well brand guidelines for colors, fonts, and graphics. Having this set beforehand made our time so much more impactful!

Lauren Taylar’s Story

After graduating college, it seemed that there was no other direction than to find a job with good salary and benefits and start climbing the company ladder.

Not too long after I had started my job in SEO, I started to question my purpose in the world and wasn’t finding fulfillment from the work I was doing. The first year was somewhat stressful and it didn’t help that I had to take on a second job to stay afloat.

Then I discovered the world of online courses and the feasibility of freelancing. After 7 months of working my second job, I put in my notice so I could actively pursue freelancing as a means to supplement my income from home.

The breaking point was when I had my first panic attack that was triggered from something work-related. It was the universe’s way of telling me to wake up.
