I was in a meeting recently where a business owner said something that really got me thinking.

She’s known for doing a lot for her clients personally, and she takes a lot of pride in that. But she also wants to grow, bring on more clients, and hire more VAs so she has the capacity to do it.

And there’s nothing wrong with wanting more clients or more revenue.

But here’s the part we sometimes miss:

If every hour you delegate gets replaced with more work that still requires you, you haven’t necessarily bought back your time. You’ve increased your capacity.

Those are two different things.

Delegation can help you grow. It can help you serve more clients. It can absolutely help you make more money.

But it can also give you an afternoon off. Let you take a vacation without constantly checking your phone. Give you time to think instead of execute. Or simply let you enjoy some of what you worked so hard to build.

You don’t always have to turn the time you get back into another opportunity to be productive.

Sometimes getting your time back gets to be the goal.

Getting support is not only about taking tasks off your plate.

It is about having someone beside you who understands the bigger picture, notices what needs attention and helps keep things moving before everything becomes urgent.

Because when you are responsible for every email, update, follow up and behind the scenes detail, you are not just busy. You are using the same energy you need to make decisions, serve your clients and grow your business.

The right support gives you room to step back into the role your business actually needs you in.

If you gained five extra hours in your week, what would you finally have time to focus on?

Tell me below or message me if you are ready to explore what support could look like for your business. ✨

Sometimes the thing keeping your business small isn’t a lack of ambition. It’s being afraid to let go.

I learned this in my own business. Growth required harder conversations, asking for more, and accepting that what worked when I started wouldn’t always work for where I wanted to go next.

I see the same thing with business owners who know they need support but keep trying to carry everything themselves.

Growth doesn’t always mean doing more. Sometimes it means finally allowing someone else to help.

Maybe your version of “asking for more” is asking for support. 🤎

If you’re ready for that kind of support in your business, my DMs are open.

There is something powerful about a woman who refused to make herself or her imagination smaller.

Yayoi Kusama spent decades creating from a perspective entirely her own. Her career is a reminder that meaningful work isn’t always built by following what is popular or immediately understood. Sometimes, it begins with trusting what you see before anyone else can see it with you.

That lesson feels especially meaningful to me as I build my business. I’m still learning, experimenting and discovering what I want my work to become, but I never want growth to come at the expense of what makes it mine.

Here’s to creating with courage, trusting our perspective and leaving something meaningful behind.

Rest in peace, Yayoi Kusama. ❤️

One whole year of building something I once only hoped I could. 🥹🤎

I’m incredibly proud of how much Cora Bravo LLC has grown, but even more grateful for the people who have trusted me along the way. Every client, project, lesson, and little win has helped shape this business into what it is today.

And the best part? I still feel like I’m just getting started.

Here’s to continuing to grow alongside my current clients and making room for the new ones still to come. ✨

If you’ve been looking for support in your business, I’m currently accepting new client applications. I’d love to see what we can build together. 🤎
