Everything we do has a cost, even if it's just time. Making "mistakes" isn't a bad thing; it's a human thing.

Some people use uncertainty to raise prices because they can, while others lead with empathy and lower prices to help people in a time of need. Doing the right thing is at the heart of great marketing.
