The next time you need a designer, but your budget says “no!”, try these tips from our amazing creative talent Diego.
▶️ I often turn to Adobe Stock’s “Free” asset section to access licensed photos without cost. A fantastic resource for budget-conscious projects that demand high-quality visuals. All you need to do is create a free Adobe Stock or Cloud account to tap into this collection.
▶️ Pinterest isn't just for home decor; it offers insights into trends overall. Use it to draw inspiration for freshening up design aesthetics and content ideas. For instance, vulnerability and deeper conversations are predicted for this year. How can your work tap into this trend? Cool tones are also trending. Can you incorporate those into design? Check out Pinterest's Trends for 2024 page for more examples. https://hubs.ly/Q02BJ-480
▶️ TagSpaces is a free, open-source tool for managing data and files. I use it to add meta tags to my photos, making them easy to find later. While it takes some time to tag all your photos initially, it's worth the effort. As a designer who works with stock sites and creates my own assets, I have a large collection of images. TagSpaces allows me to search for specific keywords like "abstract background" or "wood texture" and quickly find relevant options. I appreciate that I can assign multiple tags to each image, organizing them by license type, image type, and topic. The best part is, there is a free version as well - https://hubs.ly/Q02BJW2L0
