Today was closing day for some very special buyers, and somehow they ended up giving me the gifts. 🥹🎁

Let me start by saying this: IMO- gifts are absolutely never expected or necessary.

The first gift you give me is simply choosing me to walk alongside you on your home-buying journey. ❤️

🏠 Touring homes together and watching your excitement grow.

🥳 Getting to make that phone call and say, "Congratulations! Your offer has been accepted!"

🎉 Making it through inspections and deciding this is still the home for you.

🙏 Getting the appraisal back and knowing we're one giant step closer to the finish line.

📋 Navigating lenders, title work, homeowner's insurance, contractors, utility transfers, signatures, addendums, amendments, questions, more questions, and all the little details in between.

Every one of those moments is a privilege. Every step is a reminder that you trusted me with one of the biggest decisions you'll ever make.

Then closing day arrives...

And these amazing buyers surprised me with the sweetest gift basket filled with thoughtful goodies, relaxation items, treats, and pampering essentials because they felt I had been patient and helpful throughout the process.

Dear Home buyers using Zillow,

Today agents throughout the State of Illinois using the MRED MLS System were notified that the +43,000 listing were no longer going to be displayed on the Zillow platform. This is due to back and forth lawsuits between MRED and Zillow. (Ill post the info I've recieved in the comments)

In the mean time if you are using 3rd Party apps like Zillow, Realtor, Trulia and Homes.com this is important for you to know you are no longer seeing the local listings on Zillow (the other apps are not affected).

EDIT: Who knows how long this is going to last, but just so you know when listings you been watching "disappeared" overnight, this is whats going on. We are noticing some are still showing for some local brokerages and not others.

Please consider using other methods of home buying search or call your local real estate agents for more information about current active listings and listing details.
We can email the data sheets and disclosures for properties in a matter of minutes.
