This project is on the topic of experiences of America’s Military families. The goal of the research is to understand the unique experiences, challenges & hopes of our military families in an initiative to improve patient experience at your VA Hospitals and community care providers covered by VA benefits and/or Tricare.
The study involves meeting with a small professional group of researchers in your home for 2-hours to discuss your experiences. Prior to the meeting in your home, we’d like you to complete a pre-interview exercise that will help us get to know you better before the home visit. We will go through this in greater detail on the phone with you. In general, we advise participants to allow 2-3 hours at your convenience and spread out if you wish, to complete the activities. You will receive $450 by check from Star City Research via mail after the conclusion of the in-home discussion, for your time and opinions. The date choices are Tuesday, December 10th through Thursday, December 12th. The times available vary from 9:00am to 7:00pm.
