There's something special about getting out in the field together.
Recently, with our partners at Naturipe Farms, we headed to the Christensen Ranch in Salinas to plant this year's pumpkin patch.

The annual tradition is a reminder that while our work spans fields, farms, offices, and communities, we're all connected by a shared commitment to supporting our growers and growing together.

A classroom can teach you a lot about agriculture. A strawberry field can too. 🍓

Recently, students from Stevenson High School traded their desks for the farm and got a firsthand look at what it takes to grow strawberries.

We walked students through the growing process, answered questions about life on the farm, and gave them a deeper understanding of where their food comes from.

Then came everyone's favorite part: picking fresh strawberries straight from the field.

Experiences like these help connect the next generation to agriculture and the people who make it possible. We're grateful to welcome students onto our farms and share the stories behind every berry.

Recently, the Naturipe Berry Growers team came together to celebrate Jeff Mink's 30th anniversary with the company.

Over the past three decades, Jeff has been an important part of Naturipe's success and growth. His dedication, hard work, and commitment to the company have made a lasting impact on our organization and the people he works with.

As an added bonus, we were also able to celebrate Jeff's birthday!

Having World Bee Day within National Strawberry Month is fitting because strawberries need the Bees in order to grow perfectly. As growers we need the bees to finish the growing process for us, for the best outcome strawberries can’ do it all naturally. Pollination can increase marketing yield and reduce misshaped berries.
