This one was fun and challenging to make. I learned a lot on this project. Stop motion taught me:

1. Over planning is required
2. You need multiples of the same item.
3. Focus is mandatory the entire time (and not just for the camera)
4. Keep track of the images
5. The plan will fall apart at one point
6. Stop motion is like life.
7. The end result is worth it.

Lately I’ve been pushing myself to produce video content that is outside of the normal interview style.

Recently and both put out some supplement product videos that blew my mind and pushed me to try to do something at 10% of their caliber.

I would be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous about how this would come out. This entire thing is so out of my comfort zone that I wondered the entire time if it would all end up in the trash bin.

Needless to say I am happy with how it turned out. Could it be better? Absolutely. But that just means I’m going to have fun doing more of them.

Shout out to and for believing in me and helping me grow as a content creator, and person.
