So, what is the Salty Woman? This company was formed to connect small and local businesses with the communities they are looking for! How do you do that? Social Media, it is a huge FREE advertising space to find your ideal customer and for them to find you.

The Salty Woman was named for many reasons, I wanted something that encapsulated where I had been and where I am now a little about the brand it’s self. Salty was perfect on many levels, I’m from California and now currently living in Utah. From the ocean to the salt flats, salty was perfect. While I was coming up for the name I ran across a tik tok stating how “no one likes an angry woman” which is a dumb rhetoric because no one says they don’t like an angry man. This set me and my partner into a conversation about what people mean when they say an angry woman, is it just that they don’t like she someone os angry or is it deeper than that? Are women supposed to be perceived as sweet, caring and nurturing to make everyone feel comfortable? Is the angry woman such a bad thing or just that it makes people uncomfortable letting women have basic human emotions? I choose the salty woman, because I feel as though it is close to me as the owner and conveys my brands identity.
