The reality is...

You are overwhelmed. First of all... You are a business owner helping women with something that is not always easy and on top of that, you are the CEO, Social Media Manager, Lead Gen Specialist, Admin, Marketer, and literally anything in between. You might be okay doing it all on your own... BUT what are some signs that let you know, you are ready to invest in outsourcing?

✔️ You are overwhelmed.
✔️ You don't have enough time to connect with new ideal clients.
✔️ You don't have time to nail your social media.
✔️ You want to grow but you don't know where to start.
✔️ You don't have time to write good copy.

These are just a few things that can be an indicator that your business is ready to grow!! If you can relate to any of these things, send me a message and let's see how we can grow! 🌱

Sometimes we don't think we need help because we don't know what it will look like for us! We think it is supposed to be a specific way or look a specific way when in reality it looks any way we WANT!

What do you WANT?
🤷🏼‍♀️ Do you want more time for yourself?
🤷🏼‍♀️ Do you want to help more clients?
🤷🏼‍♀️ Do you want help with your stress overload?
🤷‍♀️ Do you want to know things are getting taken care of?

Outsourcing can look like any of those things! I like the philosophy of "Work smarter not harder" Why stress yourself out when you can get outside support, crush it in business AND have the benefit of a stress free day.

What is something that you want taken off your plate to free up time for yourself?? Let me know it the comments! 👇🏻

What are you thankful for? 🍂

I question we will all be asked today. There are so many things to be thankful for today! Food, family, friends, relaxing… etc. But how can we implement an attitude of gratitude in our daily life? What kind of effects would that have on you? Do you know the benefits of daily gratitude?
- It makes you happier
- it reduces stress
- it improves self-esteem
- it helps sleep
- it improves physical health
- it helps improve relationships
These are only some benefits! Don’t believe me 🤷🏼‍♀️ do your own research. But all in all, take today and reflect how you live your life. Are you living your life in fear and anxiety only focusing on negatives? Or are you rolling with the punches and finding joy in all places?

How can you implement gratitude in your life? Let me know in the comments 👇🏻

Does this ever happen to anyone? Wanting to do so much with your life but the doubt creeps into your mind and tells you, you are not good enough.

This was me about 7 months ago. I got screwed over from a client. She was my very first client who I had for.. give or take 2 years. I had no knowledge when I started and relied heavily on YouTube & trial and error. I learned SO MUCH. But I still felt like I wasn't good enough. Not good enough to ask for a raise and made WAY below minimum wage AND was working 24/7. 😬 not good. Not good enough to set boundaries and expectations. Not good enough to stand up for myself. And eventually after all of that, I got ghosted. Never getting the money I worked my a** off for and no communication. I was heart broken.💔 I wanted to go out and get some clients but I was scared, sad and again felt like I was not good enough. I wanted my own business. I wanted to have my own clients. But that thought got in my head... "not good enough".

Then I found that reminder up there 👆🏻 "Girl, you already have what it takes." It changed the way I thought. I already had all of the knowledge & experience I just needed to recognize that. I picked myself up and went for it.

Have you ever struggled with self worth?

I will be the first to admit I live in functional chaos. 😅 Thats how I was raised & thats how my brain is wired. 🤷‍♀️ Full transparency..... I wasn't always organized in my business. I would jump around from planner to planner, never use them and forget the small last minute tasks I agreed to.

-Insert Trello-

When I found Trello, it was like the heavens parted. 🤣 Okay, maybe not that dramatic but it saved my professional life. I finally found something that worked for me! Here's why it worked-

• I know this sounds so silly, but its visually so appealing! I can personalize my boards to capture my personality/my clients personality. There's never a shortage of cuteness/humor on my boards.

• All my 💩 is in one place! Trello is my one stop shop for my clients, my business and my personal life! Not only do I just have tasks to complete but I can have conversations and not have to scroll through massive amounts of texts to refer back.

• REMINDERS. Not even going to lie to you, I am a forgetful human being. Reminders are my life line. I set due dates in Trello and then it notifies me when I need to do something. 🤷‍♀️ It's my life hack lol!

• It streamlines me and my clients! I can add you to a board with just us, just the things for your business and keep communication constantly open. You have a question? Trello. You have a comment? Trello. You have a new idea? TRELLO. It's amazing!

Have you used Trello? Let me know in the comments!👇🏻
