For years I used to roll out of bed, grab my phone, get some clothes on, rush out the door, and call that “a morning.” 😅
No breakfast.
No quiet time.
No energy left by 10AM.
But when I finally decided to start my day for me instead of for work…everything changed.
Now my mornings are simple: a glass of water, a good workout, 10 minutes of gratitude, and time to peacefully get my kids ready for their day.☀️
