As the 2026 Winter Games approach, we're looking back at a favorite project from four years ago. During the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in Beijing, we worked alongside Toyota to cheer on our athletes at the Winter Sports Festival in Park City. The event treated the community to athlete meet-and-greets with Olympic legends, including Nancy Kerrigan, John Harrington, Gracie Gold, and more. Free 'Learn to Skate' programs provided newcomers with opportunities to learn the ropes from the pros — helping grow the pipeline for figure skating, speed skating, hockey and sled hockey.

We're excited to announce that the Dragonfli team will produce a five-week celebration during the 2026 Winter Games in downtown Salt Lake City. Experience the excitement of the Games at the downtown watch party. Enjoy daily jumbotron viewing, food trucks, vendor tents, live music, athlete panels, demos, and learn-to-play games as you cheer on Team USA.

In June, we had the opportunity to design and build the Woodward Hub activation in the X Fest Village at the 2025 Salt Lake City X Games.

We worked with Woodward to concept an on-brand engagement that fit the X Games look and feel and provided a solid solution to beat the heat at the Utah State Fair Park in June – a custom truss shade structure.

Thanks to all those involved and the teams at Cal Skate Parks, Fuse, Alfa, Woodward, and more, for a hugely successful activation!

One month ago, Gold Bond set out on the ultimate winter product test, and Dragonfli helped deliver the experience to hundreds of excited fans. Skiers joined on the slopes for a attempt at the largest swimsuit ski run.

In a few short weeks, the team helped develop the concept, build a microsite, and bring in over 2,000 registrants. Working hand-in-hand with Palisades Tahoe ski resort, we ensured everyone had fun and stayed safe when a massive winter storm arrived on event weekend.

In another exciting move for professional sports in Salt Lake City, X Games announced they'll bring Moto X, BMX and skateboarding to SLC this summer for a three-day event. We were excited to support X Games and Fuse for a press conference last week announcing the move.

Nine years and counting with the US Ski and Snowboard Toyota US Grand Prix! In 2016, they approached us to help elevate the finish line setup, and we've been thrilled to be part of the journey ever since. We were back this year with branded 6-meter height meters and a halfpipe finish structure, and we also stepped it up with two 2-meter TV platforms for the crew on the final filming days.

Beyond the Copper setup, we also worked closely with US Ski and Snowboard to provide CAD overlays for both Copper and Aspen events — a huge task we're always excited to undertake.

We're excited to be back in Aspen next for the big finish! This year, we have an extra six days of action for the World Cup events, so it's guaranteed to be a wild ride.

Last month, the inaugural Las Vegas Marathon saw thousands of athletes test their mettle on the full marathon, half marathon and seven-mile courses. We worked with Southern Nevada Toyota Dealers to activate for this exciting weekend. From our photo booth at packet pickup to the Toyota-wrapped display vehicles to the finish line recovery suite with compression boots, we helped to ensure Toyota had a vibrant presence throughout the event weekend.

When Team Ignition needed help bringing their brand to life at this year's Nitrocross event in Richmond, we were excited to step in and execute. We designed and installed a custom truss structure to house the Team Ignition footprint, which included an AI-powered experience that placed users in a driver's suit, premium giveaways, and a life-sized spin-to-win wheel.

This season of giving, we're excited to partner with the Utah Toyota Dealers again for the annual Toyota Fill the Truck Food Drive! Across Northern Utah, our brand ambassadors will be collecting food donations at 12 event activations at Smiths grocery stores, so be sure to stop by to help those in need. Last year, we collected an incredible 6,546 lbs of food to give to the Utah Food Bank.

Additionally, we've helped bring the Fill the Truck Food Drive to New Mexico the last two years in partnership with Albuquerque and Santa Fe Toyota Dealers. The New Mexico drive supports three local organizations to bring food support across the community with 20 activations at Albertsons across the region.

With award-winning chef Viet Pham at the helm and a focus on high-quality ingredients, there was a story that needed to be told. It was a treat to work with Pretty Bird to update their brand story and messaging and design and install a few new displays. So next time you're in town, stop by their Sugarhouse location, check out the new branding, and try one of their famous Hot Chicken Sandos!
