What You’ll Do

As an account manager, you’ll work closely with members of your team and other members of Matix to create new ad campaigns and ideate conversion-focused creative based on past account performance. You’ll be excellent at communication, giving and receiving feedback in a timely manner, while making sure everybody on your team has clarity on campaign performance and creative testing results.

As an account manager you'll be responsible for writing compelling direct-response ad copy. You will build campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, and ensure all strategic initiatives are launched according to strict timelines and agreed-upon budgets across multiple ad accounts. Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, client communication, and data-driven decision making are all essential characteristics.

This is an entry level position that does not necessarily require a degree or past experience working at an agency. We are willing to train the right person. After a 90-day training period you will have the opportunity to increase your pay with a bonus structure. With time and solid performance you can work your way up to a full account manager role which has an increased salary and bonus structure.

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate is someone who is experienced in creating, managing and strategizing email campaigns for multiple clients. They have multiple years of Klaviyo experience along with e-commerce and direct to consumer experience. This position will require someone who can handle multiple projects at once and is very organized.

Responsibilities:

-Design and implement email marketing campaigns and flows via Klaviyo. -Including automations, journeys, segmentation and personalization
-Coordinate with clients to understand the email objectives, goals, audience, and messaging
-Manage and deliver flawlessly executed marketing campaigns end-to-end including setup, template building, scheduling, deployment and testing across multiple clients
-Own the email calendar, reporting, testing strategy, and operational details, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the job.
-Communicate and establish good relationships with clients
-Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements
-Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices

We expect skills of excellence in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, receiving feedback, and making revisions in a timely manner.

Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, creative conception, and eye-catching editing techniques are all essential characteristics.
