This open source repo from Microsoft solves the biggest problem with agent skills.

Right now you either write your agent’s skill file by hand, or get an AI to draft it.

But SkillOpt treats that file like a neural network.

It runs your agent on real tasks and scores every attempt. A second AI studies the failures and proposes small edits, adding a rule here and cutting one there.

An edit only sticks if it’s tested on tasks the AI has never seen and the score goes up.

Microsoft ran it across six benchmarks and seven models. It won or tied best in all 52 results.

You can scrape leads from Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn for absolutely free with this tool.

Here’s how I build my lists with it. First I installed an open source tool called Scout, then I pointed it at those platforms.
