At this time, numerous Microsoft 365 (Outlook) sending IP addresses are appearing on multiple RBLs. As a result, some messages originating from Microsoft servers are being blocked before reaching our clients.

MAJOR email changes underway. Expect to be contacted in the next few weeks! No changes in service, just billing. We were just informed of a 500% increase in our costs. Email will no longer be "free" with our hosting accounts.

Of course email is down. I left for vacation today. Its just webmail. Mail is still being delivered. Use your phone or an email program and there are no issues.

Engineers are aware of the problem and working on it.

Update from Rackspace. Just like last week's AWS outage, which, thankfully, did NOT affect any of our services, this one looks to be a Microsoft issue (Azure), which IS affecting our services.

Be assured that if you are using a real email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, the app on your Samsung or your iPhone or tablet, there is ZERO issues with email sending or receiving

The issue website itself if you are using webmail. Webmail is great, but it has its limits. You really should be using a real email client if at all possible.

We recommend Mozilla Thunderbird over EVERY other email client. It's free and it works like you expect!

We are currently experiencing issues with access to Webmail, Control Panel, and the Office 365 Control Panel. This issue is due to a broader problem with Microsoft Azure, which is currently affecting our systems.

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting access to Webmail and the Control Panel. Our technical team is actively investigating the cause and working to restore full service as soon as possible. However, users can use a mail client such as Outlook to access email as Webmail is the only affected service.

Note - Mail delivery is not affected.
