💕💕💕💕💕💕FINAL UPDATE💕💕💕💕💕💕

For those of you who have followed along, you may know that on Friday afternoon the Senior Heifer Sale took place at the TLBAA World Show in Belton, Texas. Although I am so happy to have helped him raise money for his future endeavors, it is a little bittersweet to know that our chapter together has reached its final page.

HOWEVER

I am so so excited to announce that my next journey began today as I traveled home with Greg and Beth Tanner from Tanner Longhorns. I knew that when they raised their hand and decided to keep me, I was going to go to a wonderful home. I think Hunter was just as happy as I was to know that not only was I going to a home that promised lots of snackies and friends, but to a home with lots of love. ❤️

Especially when I met their adorable little granddaughter, I already know that we are going to have the best time together.

🚨🚨🚨🚨TODAY IS THE DAY 🚨🚨🚨🚨

The Senior Heifer Sale is today at 1 pm! For those of you who have followed along on my journey with Hunter, know that all of the work and effort of coming too and from shows, endless feed bills, and cute moments made boil down to today. Please help and support him in his journey into adulthood by raising your hand during the sale or even submitting an add on. If you have more questions on how you can support please message on Facebook!!! We hope to see all of you, and if not, hear of your encouragement from afar.

Again make sure to tune in at 1pm today for the Senior Heifer Sale in Belton, Tx for LOT NUMBER 6.

Before I sign off, I would like to share that I got 3rd in my class yesterday at the Texas Longhorn Junior National Show!!!

🌸🌼🌸HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!!! 🌸🌼🌸

This weekend I got to tag along to the TLBGCA Spring Show in Navasota, Tx. Unfortunately Hunter was not able to travel with me because he had FFA obligations, but it has been an awesome time with just the girls. As we take today to appreciate all of the moms out there I want to give a special shout out to my mom 4K Nickels Cover Girl! She not only produced me, but she produced LR Princess who was the 2020 and 2021 Reserve Grand Champion at the TLBAA World Show.

This past weekend Hunter and I went to the Trail of Turquoise show in Abilene. We had a great time together and can’t wait to be back in the showing routine. Next weekend we head to Coriscana, Texas to show at the ETLA show. Make sure to stop by and say Hi and to ask Hunter about my pedigree and other info!

HAY HAY HAYYYYY!!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Today was show day here at the NTLBA Spring Show. Harlee and I got a lot of bonding time, and she really wanted to take me in to the arena. Together we showed our butts off in a SUPER competitive class of 22 heifers! It was a great experience, but I definitely am ready to go home and sun bathe for the next couple of days! ☀️☀️☀️

I hope everyone has had a wonderful week, and is ready to celebrate Spring Break! To start off our spring break, Hunter and I are spending the weekend in Sulphur Springs,Texas at the NTLBA Spring Show!

I will be strutting my stuff in the arena for the Sunday Youth Show; however, please come by and ask Hunter about me throughout the weekend!!! He would love to answer any questions you may have about my pedigree, or ways to contribute to his college education. 🎓

Where did I come from: Soggy Bottom Longhorns (SBL) located in Lenapah, Oklahoma

SUPER SUPER SUPER FUN FACT: Did you know that Peter Grimm (Owner of Soggy Bottom Longhorns) actually gifted me to Hunter for his Senior Sale Heifer? How incredible!!!! It really proves how dedicated Mr. Peter Grimm is to helping the youth in the industry better their opportunities later in life while still representating good, functional cattle. It is with breeders like him that help make a wonderful impact in the lives of young agriculturists. 😄

HAY HAY HAYYYYY!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It’s Chanel again! You know, with Valentine’s being this past week it’s given me a lot of time to think and appreciate the things I love. Let’s see…I really love snacks they always hold a special spot in my heart ❤ I loveeeeeee scratches, especially in between my horns where it gets super super itchy. However, I think what I love most is being able to help Hunter with his future college experience. It’s a pretty incredible feeling knowing that I get to help him accomplish his dreams, and get to see the hard work he puts into making a positive impact.

HAY HAY HAYYYY!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Welcome to Hunter’s Senior Heifer Sale Page! For those of you who haven’t gotten the absolute pleasure of meeting me, my name is SBL Chanel No.35 but my friends call me Chanel for short.

In case you haven’t heard— there’s this thing called the Senior Sale at the TLBAA World Expo in June. The purpose of this sale is to help pave the way for graduating members of the Texas Longhorn Breeders of Tomorrow through their endeavors into adulthood. In Hunter’s case, he plans to use whatever funds he earns towards college (although he hasn’t fully decided where he will be going just yet). This responsibility requires the seniors who apply for the sale to advertise and market their animal in a way that properly promotes the positive impact and aspects of owning Texas Longhorn Cattle.

In hindsight, I definitely get the easier job. I get to eat all the snacks I want, go on the best roadtrips, AND get my picture taken all the time. Honestly, being a full time model is the bestest job in the worldddd. 🌎
