ANOTHER FAMILY SERVED! $64,000 Tax Error Corrected!

So you know I'm in all aspects of real estate right? That includes not only buying and selling but helping my clients to protest their property taxes every year. The city of Bexar County tried to increase the taxable value of my client's commercial property by $64,000. We put the numbers and argument together and got the city to increase the taxable value by only $1,000 compared to last year.

Imagine if my clients had just written out the check for what the city wanted them to pay this year. Then again next year. Compound that by 10 years and it really gets out of hand. Like I always say, paying taxes is a privilege but you have the right to be taxed on the correct amount. Full review here:
