Delivering this Custom trailer BBQ pit smoker. The Flaming Onion will smoke briskets, chicken, sausage, turkey legs, this guys have a variety of meats along with some special menu items. Like chile relleno with brisket that looks amazing. Can't wait to try out there food.
This pit started as a drawing on a sheet of paper, customer wanted the fire box to be located on the back center of the pit. This will give the meats an even heat and smoke. We fabricated 1/2 round bar grill grates and a sausage rack on each end of the pit. We also made a small 24 inch by 48 inch mesh rack on the bottom side for extra cooking space. This trailer is ready to make my customer $$$. We will post location of the Flaming Onion once the customer shares that with is.

Another clean Restoration from SATX metal fab. Thanks to Coach Andy P. for trusting us with your bbq pit restoration.
Changes made
: new long handle.
: relocate the smoke pipe to the back.
: add a vent to the side door.
: add mesh table that wraps around the pit.
: add metal mesh rack for wood.
: new rear wheels added front wheels.
: new grill grate.
: sandblasted and a added new fresh paint.
This pit looks completely different from what we took home. The look on Coach Andy's face when he 1st saw his pit, was priceless. Already working on another project for Coach Andy Thank you.
