It's not every day that we get an "emergency wedding".
I was on my way home from a shoot when I got a call about a wedding videographer that went MIA on the day of the wedding. I couldn't imagine how it must have felt for the bride and groom to know their most special day would go without a proper recording.
I did a U-turn and headed to Tacoma, praying that I'd have enough gear on me to capture the whole day.
Long story short, this has been by far one of the most warm, loving, and straight up fun weddings I've ever been a part of. I was treated like a hero for showing up, but the gratitude is all mine because this couple and their family is truly incredible.
In a perfect world, things go according to plan, but in this case I'm glad that life is unpredictable and all we have to do is be willing to say yes to opportunities to be of service.
Thank you Tori Arguello and Mike! You guys made my month. Congratulations!
