Breast Cancer Awareness Month hits a little closer to home for us.

Our COO, Andrea Reichl, is a breast cancer survivor, so this month is about more than wearing pink. It’s about making time to pay attention to your body, ask questions, and have the conversations that are easy to put off.

For YWCA San Antonio’s Brunch with a Beat, the invitation needed to feel just as memorable as the event itself.

Inspired by the energy of live music, TXi developed a vinyl record-style invitation complete with an outer sleeve, record design, and inner event insert. The visual direction brought together bold orange, blue, and purple with a music-forward concept that reflects a morning centered on connection, performance, and the collective influence of San Antonio women.

Beyond the invite, our team also created event signage and provided creative consulting to help carry the concept throughout the experience.

From the first impression to the event itself, thoughtful design helps set the tone.
