Sweb Spotlight: Luis Sandoval Jr.
Meet Luis Sandoval Jr., Marketing Director at Sweb Development. Luis drives the strategy behind our marketing and keeps everything running smoothly.

His emotional support at work? Spotify and his cats, usually with some 90’s R&B playing. When we asked how many tabs he’s had open at once, his answer: enough across three browsers to freeze his computer—he basically made it cry.

The number of edits he’s made on a client project? Too many to count. His most-used Slack emoji? 👍 — “I’m basic like that.”

Next day off on the calendar? Battle of Flowers (because we get it off).

Excitement level for the next secret retreat activity? 9 out of 10.

Meet Stephanie Hernandez, Art Director at Sweb Development. Stephanie brings ideas to life through bold, creative design.

Her emotional support at work? A figurine, with AI DJ or Daylist setting the vibe. When we asked how many tabs she’s had open at once, her answer was 40.

The most random task she’s been asked to do? Putting basketball players on a candle. And when it comes to edits on a client project—hopefully less than 10.

Her most-used Slack emojis when working are 😬 and 🤔, and one of her favorite projects this past year was the Cheesy Jane’s gift card.

Next day off? April 2, when she’ll be vending at a convention in Boston.

Excitement level for the next secret retreat activity? 6 out of 10.

Meet Aranza Fernandez, Senior Project Manager at Sweb Development. Aranza keeps projects moving, teams aligned, and clients supported every step of the way.

When we asked how many tabs she’s had open at once, her answer was around 30. The most edits she’s made on a client project? Too many to count.

Her most-used Slack emoji when working is 🙌, and one of the most random tasks she’s been asked to do was scoping out a website for an adult site.

Some of her favorite projects this past year include the USAA Brand Center Ticketing System and The Tiny Finch (coming soon).

Next day off on her calendar? March 19–23 for a wedding.

One of his favorite projects this past year was creating the 10X Portal from the ground up, building it from ideas he originally had on paper.

When we asked about the most tabs he’s ever had open at once, his answer: enough to crash his computer and make him lose work.

And the most random tasks he’s been asked to do? Finding a childhood photo of himself and cooking 60 pancakes to bring to the office.

Meet Magaly Chocano, Founder and CEO of Sweb Development. From leading innovative projects to pushing the team to think bigger, she’s always building what’s next. When we asked how many tabs she’s had open at once, her answer was 127 — so many they were literally hiding behind each other.

Her most-used Slack emoji? 🙄 And when it comes to the number of edits she’s made on a client project, she says: “I don’t think it’s healthy to rehash my well-documented history of panic attacks… today I choose to meditate.”

Some of her favorite projects this past year include the 10X Portal, AI learning initiatives, and our retreats. She’s also looking forward to May, when she’ll be heading to NYU to watch her youngest graduate.

Excitement level for the next secret retreat activity? 27 out of 10.

"It was an incredible honor to receive the 2026 Enterprising Women Magazine of the Year Award alongside such inspiring, enterprising women. Every day I’m reminded of just how strong, resilient, powerful and compassionate women truly are.

Only about 4% of entrepreneurs ever reach $1M+ in revenue. Of that small group, roughly 3% are women. And within that number, only about 1% are Latina women.

So to every woman out there building something bold, especially my fellow Latinas, keep going. We belong in these rooms, on these stages and at the top of these numbers.
