A customer was experiencing recurring sewer backups and was tired of repeatedly paying to have the drain cleaned. Instead of providing another temporary fix, we identified the root cause.

Our team performed a sewer camera inspection to locate the problem, then our excavation crew carefully exposed the damaged section of pipe. We replaced it with new Schedule 40 PVC piping and installed a new two-way cleanout for easier future access and long-term reliability.

The result? A permanent solution and a happy customer with no more backups.

Customer called and stated she smelled gas in the house. We did a pressure test on the gas system and found this leak In the attic in a very hard to reach area. We were able to cut that section out and replace with new piping. Redid our test and it held. Got it inspected and got that green tag for the pass!
