Understanding what drives each other isn't just good culture, but how we build genuine connection and strengthen our team 🔍

For our latest culture-building activity, we wanted to get to the heart of what motivates our team. We asked everyone to write down their personal "why", whether it was family, passions, community, or personal goals, and drop it inside a Mini Hydro Flask.
By the afternoon, we gathered to pick bottles at random, read each reflection aloud, and gave everyone a chance to share the deeper story behind their drive.
