Parking Information

We recommend reviewing parking options before your visit:

1. One Riverwalk Place (ORP) Garage (On-Site)
- Levels 4, 5, and 6
- Cost: $4 per hour. Pay at exit gate.
- Note: Parking validation is not currently available; updates will be shared if this changes.

2. UTSA SW Lots 4 & 5
- Available only if guest parking is provided (scratch-off or on-dash permits)
- First-come, first-served
- Parking availability is not guaranteed

3. Convent Parking Garage (Across the Street)
- Entrance: 608 N. St. Mary’s Street
- Managed by ACE Parking (24-hour lot)
- Estimated cost:
- ~$4 per hour
- Up to $15 per day
- ~$10 if entering after 5:00 p.m.

What a great week for the SBDC International Trade Center at the 25th Annual South Central Texas Manufacturing Trade Show & Conference!

From the digital space to the exhibition floor, our team was thrilled to be involved from start to finish. We loved kicking things off by driving awareness on social media, but the real highlight was connecting with everyone in person. Those of us at the booth had great conversations about the future of local manufacturing, and we took away some incredible insights from engaging in the specialized workshops.

At the end of the day, we’re always looking for new ways to support local businesses exploring cross-border trade and global expansion.

Thank you to everyone who made this 25th-anniversary event such a success, and a special shoutout to Julio Garcia and Rick Rayne for bringing such great energy and expertise to the floor!

Two weeks of work in Costa Rica concluded with the delivery of training on the U.S. SBDC model to newly appointed staff at INA’s Centros de Desarrollo Empresarial in Ciudad Quesada, Liberia, and Cartago. ✨
This training supported capacity building, process improvement, and the exchange of best practices, reinforcing the importance of supporting SMEs and entrepreneurs that drive economic impact. 📈

Our Center for Global Development team successfully concluded a technical visit to the INA’s Centros de Desarrollo Empresarial in San Ramón, Puntarenas, Pérez Zeledón, and Limón. 🇨🇷
These working sessions aimed to strengthen the U.S. SBDC model adopted by the CDEs in Costa Rica and to reinforce our shared commitment to continuous improvement in supporting SMEs and entrepreneurs. 🚀
