1. no refunds of any amount paid towards the purchasing of products (to include deposits) will be paid if:

"if you order a product posing as a false club member (as in saying your a member of a club if you are not), no refunds of any amount paid $$$ for products (to include deposits). You attempted to commit fraud against a club (by falsely posing as a member) and therefore forfeit all monies paid. we are NOT a bank. We do not hold your money as a deposit, just for you to ask for it back at a later date. Deposits are NON-Refundable.

3. Any and All deposits paid to CustomMCGear come with a 60 Day "payment in full" understanding. This means that upon initial payment or "deposit" towards any purchase the buyer agrees to make payment in full on remaining balance of purchase within 60 days. If payment is NOT made within 60 days, on the 61st day, all monies paid from client towards purchase is forfeited to CUSTOMMCGEAR, and sale is then voided, unless prior arrangements are made. Buyer is agreeing to all stated above when deposit is made. CustomMCGear is not responsible for any transactions that are voided due to clients not reading the above information.
