Quote requests sitting in one cursed inbox.
Most small businesses do not have a lead problem first.
They have a “where the hell did the lead go?” problem.
Here’s the quick test:
Can you see every new lead in one place?
Do you know who owns each one?
Can you tell how fast the first response happened?
Do you know which leads turned into booked calls, quotes, or money?
If the answer is no, buying more traffic is just feeding the mystery machine.
Fix the response path before you increase spend.
