Randy Johnson at WFG National title introduced me to one of his clients yesterday, and I got to set up some FREE lead posts into groups and teach Jim Knudsen at Coldwell Banker Kivett-Teeters Associates how to create an effective ad-buy on Facebook/Instagram. Generated his first of many seller leads within 10 minutes ( I still get a thrill from instant lead generation!) Here's the deal though what are you going to do with the leads?
My Over-The-Top follow up includes these 4 items based on the objective of creating a relationship with the prospects for business or referrals.
1. Create a totally custom CMA even if your landing page already sent them one. Make handwritten notes or highlighted observations.
2. Include a cover letter explaining why you're taking the time to personalize the CMA.
3. Have a brief bio about you, your marketing, your company and a few reviews.
4. ALWAYS include a handwritten thank you card asking for referrals if they are not thinking of buying or selling this year. (Include some business cards)

You get to use this as an excuse to personally deliver this package to a prospect. Creating a face to face relationship, hopefully learning more about your prospect all at the same time you're elevating YOU as a brand and asking for referrals business.
