Getting more Google reviews is one of the most common things we discuss with our clients.
Google recently tightened its guidelines around how you ask.
A few things to avoid:
- Asking patients to mention a staff member by name
- ONLY sending review links to happy patients
- Setting review quotas for your team
The good news: the approach that works is also the simplest one.
Whether you're doing this manually or through an automated channel, ask every patient after their visit. Keep it open-ended. "We'd love to hear about your experience" is genuinely all you need. A quick text or email with a direct link does the rest.
