Here's the mistake we see constantly: posting whatever's trending that week with no throughline. Someone watches one video, maybe likes it, and scrolls on. They never follow, because they have no idea what they're actually signing up for.

The fix: pick two or three topics, max, and talk about them consistently. That's it. When someone lands on your page and sees the same two or three themes running through your last ten posts, following becomes an easy decision. They know exactly what they're getting.
