Do you have experience with consolidations and repayment changes, in the US Federal Student Loan industry? If so, we'd like to talk to you.
1/2 of our calls are outbound, so you will deal with a few ANGRY people everyday. You must be capable of working through tense conversations to do this job.
-Our Base is 5000 (NET take home) per Week
-Our agents AVERAGE 8K with commissions and bonuses.
*You'll be expected to type 20 words per minute or more.
* Need to speak 100% common conversational English
* Need to have strong experience working online or in admin
*50% outbound cold calls
Schedule = 7:45 to 4:30 Monday - Friday (No weekends)
We are a US based company. Most of our current employees have lived in the US. We talk to Americans all day, take American holidays off, and listen to mostly American music.
