I love owning a creative studio because I get to meet people all day who are taking a chance on themselves! It’s so brave but I think there are a few things that could be helpful to avoid burn out or giving up too soon.

Learn to budget for payroll early on, save yourself years of guessing and expensive mistakes by learning from a mentor, stop comparing your week 1 to another business’ year 5, and remember that passion doesn’t pay your bills.

Your reputation WILL precede you. Be kind, supportive, have integrity, and keep your word. I don’t trust anyone who is unethical in business to be a part of my personal life. There’s no separation. Who you are, good or bad, to friends and family is magnified when you’re doing business.

I promise if you redirect your hating ass energy on building with love, servicing your clients with genuine care, and treating your team like you’re grateful to have them (because you should be)…you’ll make it. ✨🦋🩷🪩🚀

Sooooo…I had been living with shoulder and back pain for so long that I started normalizing it. 🫠 I tried foam rollers, dry needling (this was torture), and deep tissue massages. I was so desperate for something new that I finally booked an appointment for cupping.

I know I’m probably late to cupping but wowowow…I’m converted! I felt like my entire back released and my nervous system relaxed.
