FullTech Systems, Inc. is a full service Direct Marketing company that specializes in creating strategic and customized direct mail campaigns to help our clients increase their business output. The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, high volume work environment, meet deadlines, work fluidly with our sales and marketing teams, and complete successful design projects.

Responsibilities:
• Create new designs - for both digital and conventional printing.
• Make revisions as specified by the sales team.
• Properly check files over for approval (packaging fonts, links, etc.) and prepare for printing/digital.
• Typographical layout using both new designs and pre-designed templates.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is required.
• Maintaining an archival backup of completed jobs.

Required Skills:
• Previous experience designing/preparing projects for a printing company.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Organized, self-motivating, problem solver.
• Must be able to follow directions.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Excellent grammar.
• Ability to multitask.
• Punctual.
• Positive, collaborative attitude.
• Web-based experience not required, but a plus.
• The ability to execute drag + drop email templates a plus.

Preferred Skills:
A minimum of 2-3 years of industry experience is preferred but on the job training will be provided to the correct candidate

• Effectively design communication to highlight headlines/offers.

This position is responsible for the following machine tasks, but not limited to, which include machine set-up, maintenance, programming and operation of a mail insertor .

Main Responsibilities:
Reviews, understands and implements Job Jacket instructions accurately as well as completing timesheets and closing out taks in order to track jobs and individual performance. Performs proactive trouble-shooting and monitors production to ensure high output quality.

Setup and adjustment of mail inserter for multiple media types and sizws

Required Experience:
A minimum of 2-3 years experience on a Bell & Howell insertor preferred but on the job training will be provided to the correct candidate.

• Ability to continually grow with technical skills and adapt to newer technology.
• Ability to apply written instructions for machine set-up.
• Math skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently; up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Good interpersonal skills and team interaction.
• Ability to work varying shifts, overtime and weekends when required.
