🗞️NST landed coverage for California Walnuts in Food & Wine, spotlighting proper walnut storage techniques and key campaign messaging through insights from chef-in-residence Robert Danhi.

🎊 To support the CA Pest Prevention with a multilingual Lunar New Year campaign, NST developed social media strategies as part of a broader integrated campaign to reach communities impacted by invasive fruit fly quarantines and raise awareness around best practices for fruit gifting traditions that can help prevent the spread of known invasive pests.

🗓️ NST partnered closely with California Prunes to lead creative development of its Annual Update report, highlighting the board's key accomplishments and strategic progress from the past fiscal year.

These past few months have been busy, and we’ve been working diligently to drive results and make our clients proud. Check out some of our recent client wins:

* To support the opening of Navy SEAL Museum San Diego, NST blanketed San Diego with media coverage, including all local broadcast stations and prestigious publications like the The San Diego Union-Tribune, sharing the museum’s inspirational mission across the region.

* NST helped McDonald's Owner and Operator Chris Rowe partner with STAR/PAL – a nonprofit focused on building positive relationships between youth and law enforcement, the San Diego Police Department and other local law enforcement agencies – to host a Burgers & Badges Trick-or-Treat event and earn media coverage highlighting the successful community- building event.

* To support upcoming Metropolitan Transit System campaigns aimed at increasing ridership, NST executed a content shoot to showcase the Trolley as a go-to, reliable source of transportation to and from the San Diego State University campus.

It’s been a busy couple of months at NST, and lately, we’ve celebrated quite a few client wins:

- Impressive television placements — Alongside agency partner International Promotions, NST helped place multiple WD-40 products on Netflix’s hit show Tires, a show centered around a fictional auto shop, which reached WD-40's auto enthusiast audience.

- Elevated commercial production — To support client California Walnuts 'Feel Good’ Summer campaign, NST produced a 30-second commercial to help spread the new campaign messaging.

- National social shares — NST provided on-site support for loyal McDonald's customer, Stan, at his 103rd birthday celebration at a local restaurant. The segment originally aired on NBC 7 San Diego and made its way to the Today Show's Instagram!

As summer travel season kicks off, NST recently helped the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA), in partnership with state and federal agencies, remind travelers NOT to pack fruits, vegetables, plants, or other agricultural items that could introduce invasive pests or plant diseases into California.

NST collaborated with California Department of Food and Agriculture, U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, LAX Airport, County of Orange, California, and County of Los Angeles – and partner agencies Blue PR, Roxana Lissa and IW Group - to support this important multi-lingual event and raise awareness about the risks invasive species pose to our state’s agriculture and environment. As of today, we’ve tracked 238 media hits!

A highlight of the event was a demonstration by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection “Beagle Brigade” – showcasing the canine unit’s screening tactics to prevent the introduction of destructive plant pests and diseases from entering California.
