Our team recently joined Girls Rising for a career-readiness event designed to equip young women with practical skills and advice as they prepare to enter the workforce. NST team members participated in a panel discussion covering everything from creating a standout resume and succeeding in your first job to growing throughout your career.

The day also included vision board creation, professional headshots and plenty of opportunities to connect — all in support of this year’s Make Things Better program focusing on workforce support for women.

We’re grateful to partner with organizations like Girls Rising that are helping young women feel prepared and confident as they take their next steps. 💗

Our client had a vision more than 25 years in the making. We helped bring it to life.

After a year of planning and negotiations, WD-40® Brand teamed up with Disney Entertainment to launch a limited-edition “King of the Hill”-themed can inspired by Hank Hill’s iconic “backup can” moment.

From earned media and creator partnerships to custom PR packages, a Comic-Con activation and even a late-night TV appearance, our team helped execute the nationwide launch from start to finish, transforming a beloved pop culture moment into a campaign fans could celebrate. Here’s a glimpse at some of the highlights.

Supporting women in the workforce starts with removing barriers to opportunity. Through our Make Things Better program, the NST team volunteered with Sharia's Closet, helping assemble personalized clothing bags for individuals and families navigating difficult circumstances.

Each bag was thoughtfully curated based on a recipient's unique needs, personal style and clothing requests, providing a week's worth of outfits designed to restore confidence and support their next steps.

We're grateful to Sharia's Closet for the important work they do every day and for allowing our team to play a small part in their mission.

NST has chosen workforce support for women as our newly dedicated cause for 2026!

This year, NST is participating in a clothing drive with to help expand professional wardrobe options, facilitating a skill-based workshop with to share practical career readiness tips and hosting a holiday drive with to collect items for women and families in the program.
