He was averaging 3–4 cases a month.

Now he’s hitting 20.

Brian Rodriguez runs a PI firm in Houston.
Before working with us, he was stuck dealing with stale, out-of-state leads that wasted hours of his time.

Within weeks of launching his campaigns:
• Qualified, in-state leads
• First signed case in week one
• Predictable case flow
• 20 cases per month

His words?

“I don’t know how I’d be moving forward without you guys.”

If you’re relying on referrals or recycled leads… that’s not a growth strategy.

💬 "I just like y'all's ATTITUDE."

"You guys KNOW what you can do."
"If you know what you can do, there's no reason to be like 'well, we can't promise...'" 🎯
"You just need to be like: Put the money in. We KNOW what we're doing."
"If you take the calls, talk to clients, do the work, and PUSH? It's going to WORK." 💪

BEFORE Louder Media:
→ 3-4 cases/month

AFTER Louder Media:
→ 20 cases/month 🚀

"You already ROI'd for the WHOLE YEAR."
"So every month is just... extra. EXTRA." 💰
"That's exactly right, dude."

"Just in the first TWO MONTHS, we've already paid for a WHOLE YEAR with you guys."
"Every single case from today to the end of the year is just completely PROFIT for me."
"And that's thanks to you guys." 🙏

Let's do the math:

3-4 cases/month → 20 cases/month
That's a 5-6X INCREASE. 📈
ROI'd the ENTIRE YEAR in 2 months.
Everything after? Pure profit.

This is what CONFIDENCE looks like:

Not "we hope..."
Not "we'll try..."
Not "results may vary..."

"Put the money in. We KNOW what we're doing. It WILL work." 🔥

Most companies hedge:
😬 "Results not typical..."
😬 "We can't promise..."
😬 "It depends on..."

We say:
✅ We know what we're doing
✅ If you do the work, it works
✅ ROI in 2 months, profit for 10

That's the difference between hoping and KNOWING.
🔥 Want a partner who KNOWS they can deliver?
Not one who "hopes" or "tries"?

"You're coming in around $1,000 per case."
"Yeah, that's AMAZING." 💰

This is what success looks like:
→ "Dead serious" happy
→ "Don't want to touch anything" (it's working)
→ "Out of control in a good way"
→ $1,000/case acquisition cost
→ "Don't know how I'd move forward without you"

Not lukewarm satisfaction.
Not "it's okay."
Pure enthusiasm. 🎯

Most marketing companies get:
😐 "It's fine I guess"
😕 "We're seeing some results"
😤 "I'm giving it another month"

Our clients say:
🔥 "I don't even want to touch anything"
🔥 "Out of control in a good way"
🔥 "Dead serious - don't know what I'd do without you"

That's the difference.
When the system works THIS well...

You don't tweak it.
You don't question it.
You don't look for "better options."
You just scale it. 📈

🔥 Want results that make you say "don't touch anything"?

🚨 Georgia workers: SHOCKING SECRET

If you were injured at work, there's a new program that could qualify you for THOUSANDS in compensation. 💰

Recovery is a LONG process.

And employers will try to get away with NOT compensating you for the time you missed.

But here's what they don't tell you:

It's ILLEGAL for employers to stop you from checking if you qualify for MORE. ⚖️

Don't leave money on the table.
Act NOW. ⏰
Start your claim before it expires. ⬇️

Here's the truth employers hide:

Most workers accept the FIRST offer.

Never realizing they qualified for:
→ Lost wage compensation
→ Medical expense coverage
→ Long-term disability benefits
→ Pain and suffering damages

Thousands of dollars LEFT ON THE TABLE. 💸

Your employer is counting on you:
❌ Not knowing your rights
❌ Not checking what you qualify for
❌ Accepting their lowball offer
❌ Letting the deadline pass

Don't let them win.

It's YOUR right to check if you qualify for more.
And they CAN'T legally stop you.

🔥 Been injured at work?

Recovery is hard enough.
Don't make it harder by leaving YOUR money unclaimed.

"Why join a program NOW rather than just waiting?"

"Because I felt STAGNANT." 😐

"Obviously every year you want your revenue to GROW."
"I wasn't keeping track exactly, but I know the revenue this year was pretty similar to last year."
"And obviously you want to grow every year." 📈
"So I just felt kind of stagnant with no new cases."
"I was doing NO marketing."
"So I knew I had to do SOMETHING to generate cases and increase revenue year to year." 🎯

This hits HARD.

Because most attorneys are in the EXACT same spot:

→ Revenue flat year over year
→ No new case generation system
→ Not doing any real marketing
→ Feeling STAGNANT

And they KNOW they need to do something.
But they wait.

"I'll figure it out next quarter."
"Let me just get through this busy period."
"I'll start marketing next year."

Meanwhile, another year passes.

Revenue stays FLAT.
Competition gets stronger.
Market gets tighter.

And you're STILL stagnant. 📉

Here's the truth:

Waiting doesn't fix stagnation.
ACTION does.

If your revenue this year looks like last year...
And you're doing the SAME things (or nothing)...

Next year will look EXACTLY the same.

The definition of insanity?

Doing the same thing and expecting different results.

No marketing = No growth.
It's that simple.

You can hope for referrals.
You can pray for big cases.
You can wait for "the right time."

Or you can BUILD A SYSTEM that generates cases consistently.

🔥 Feeling stagnant?
That's your gut telling you it's time to ACT.

Not next quarter.
Not next year.

NOW.

🏆 "If you're competitive and you want to be on top, there can only be ONE guy on top."

That's it.

You know what I love about America?
You can be born in the MUD, born with NOTHING, and become a BILLIONAIRE. 💰

How hard are you willing to work?
How much RISK are you willing to take?

Sure, a little luck has to happen.
But a LOT of luck depends on how hard you're willing to work.

Here's the problem:

So many people have million-dollar DREAMS but minimum-wage WORK ETHIC. 😴
That's not going to take you very far.

Everybody WANTS it.
But nobody really wants to DO what it takes to GET it.

There's so many people who:

→ Talk about what they WANT
→ Talk about WHY they CAN'T do it

Dude, just GO DO IT. 🔥

The difference between talkers and winners:

❌ Talkers: "I want to scale but..." (insert excuse)
✅ Winners: "I'm scaling. Here's how."

❌ Talkers: "I can't because..." (market, money, time)
✅ Winners: "I will despite..." (obstacles)

❌ Talkers: Million-dollar dreams, minimum-wage effort
✅ Winners: Million-dollar dreams, BILLIONAIRE work ethic

You want to be on TOP?
Then act like it.

→ Stop making excuses
→ Stop waiting for perfect timing
→ Stop talking about what you CAN'T do
→ Start DOING what winners do

There's only ONE spot at the top.
And the person who gets it?

Not the most talented.
Not the luckiest.
Not the one with the best excuses.

The one who WORKS for it. 💪

🔥 Million-dollar dreams or minimum-wage work ethic?

Be honest with yourself.
Your results don't lie.

"What were you dealing with before?"
"Getting new cases. Marketing. It's REALLY hard to get new cases." 😤

All my cases were referrals from:

→ Other law firms
→ Prior clients
→ High school friends

"I'm grateful for referrals, but it's just not CONSISTENT. You can't rely on it." 📉

The two biggest challenges:
1️⃣ Getting new clients consistently
2️⃣ The business side - "I've never owned a business generating this much money. Seeing all the numbers was challenging."

Sound familiar?

Most attorneys face the SAME problems:

Inconsistent case flow:
❌ Referrals are unpredictable
❌ No control over timing
❌ Feast or famine
❌ Can't scale what you can't predict

Business overwhelm:
❌ Never ran a business at this scale
❌ Numbers are confusing
❌ Systems unclear
❌ Growth feels chaotic

You became a lawyer to practice law.
Not to master Facebook ads, build intake systems, or manage marketing budgets.

But to SCALE, you need:
✅ Consistent case generation
✅ Business systems that work

Most attorneys struggle for YEARS trying to figure it out alone.
Or they partner with experts who've solved both.

🔥 Still relying on referrals?

Grateful? Yes.
Scalable? No.

5 assistants in ONE year. 🤯

Either he fired them or they quit before he could.

Why? Trust issues.

This attorney went 2-3 YEARS running his practice solo because he didn't trust anyone to do things right.
His nights? Spent going through cases at 10 PM, firing off 40+ messages that his team would wake up to in the morning.
(No wonder they couldn't handle it.)

Then everything changed when he hired the RIGHT person:

✅ The 10 PM messages stopped (tasks were already done)
✅ He couldn't imagine practicing without her
✅ He realized: It wasn't a "him" problem—it was a "wrong person" problem

Here's the lesson for law firm owners:

You don't have a trust problem. You have a hiring problem.
The right person doesn't need micromanaging at 10 PM.
The right person anticipates what needs to be done.
The right person becomes irreplaceable.
But you'll never find them if you don't:

Invest in proper hiring systems
Create clear processes they can follow
Give them a real chance to succeed

Stop doing everything yourself and wondering why you're burned out.
Start building a team that actually works.
💬 Have you found your "all-star" yet? Or are you still sending those 10 PM messages?

"I was super hesitant to work with them..."

That's what she told us before joining our program.

Her concerns? 👇
❌ Lead generators have a bad reputation
❌ Ethical compliance questions
❌ Time commitment worries
❌ Significant financial investment

Here's the thing most attorneys miss:
Growth requires investment.

You can stay comfortable doing what you've always done, or you can reinvest in your firm and scale.

She chose growth.
And now she's consistently bringing in cases while staying 100% compliant.

The attorneys who succeed aren't the ones without doubts—they're the ones who act despite them.

⚰️ I was at my wife's grandfather's funeral. Graveside service.

I get a call (forwarded from the office to my cell).
"Hey, do you come to people's houses?"
"Where do you live?"

This was BEFORE Google Maps.
She tells me her address.

"I think that's right around the corner from here." 📍

We settled that case for $140,000. 💰

That helped.
But here's the REAL turning point:

March 2005. Guy I worked with would refer me workers' comp cases.
Nobody in Alabama wanted comp cases because they only pay 15% fee.
Same amount of work as a car wreck case...

But 15% vs. 33-40%? No thanks.
I got this referral.

"Man, this isn't a comp case. This is a THIRD-PARTY case."

Here's the kicker:

This client had called a TV lawyer FIRST.
Some guy advertising in Columbus, Georgia.

That's when it hit me:

"If they're getting cases like THIS off of TV? That's where I need to be." 💡

The problem?

"I just didn't know how I was gonna afford to make that happen."
"I didn't have any money. $2,400 bucks. That's all I had."

But that MOMENT changed everything.

Seeing someone else get a great case from advertising...
Made me realize: That could be ME.

Today?
You don't need TV money.
You don't need $2,400.

You need:
✅ Facebook ads (cheaper than TV)
✅ Exclusive campaigns
✅ Professional intake
✅ Systems that work

The "TV lawyer" advantage is GONE.
Now ANY attorney can compete with the right strategy.

🔥 What's YOUR "aha moment"?
That case that made you realize you need better marketing?
Don't wait another year to act on it.

🎬 "I had NO IDEA how any advertising worked."

"I just started making stuff up on the spot in front of a camera."
It was probably some of the WORST stuff you've ever seen. 😅

Those OG videos where you're just trying to figure it all out?
So CRINGE.

But I love going back and looking through the archives.
We put that stuff out.

"I didn't get a single call. NOTHING."
"Not even 'hey I got a roach in my french fries' or nothing." 🦗
"I was like, man, I suck."

Back then I didn't have much going on.
No Yellow Pages.
No real Google advertising yet.
Nobody doing Meta (didn't even exist).

Just sitting around with nothing to do.
Reading a magazine one day:

"Have William Shatner do your ads."
"Man, OK. If I suck, Shatner definitely doesn't suck." 😂

The point?
EVERYONE starts by sucking.

→ First ads are cringe
→ First attempts fail
→ First campaigns get zero calls

But you know what separates winners from quitters?

Winners keep trying new things.

They don't quit after the first failure.
They adapt. Iterate. Improve.

Most attorneys:
❌ Try something once
❌ It doesn't work immediately
❌ "Marketing doesn't work for me"
❌ Give up forever

Successful attorneys:
✅ Try, fail, learn
✅ Try again differently
✅ Keep iterating until it works
✅ Build systems that scale

Your first ads will probably suck too.
That's NORMAL.

The question is: Will you quit or keep going?
🔥 Perfection is the enemy of progress

Stop waiting to have it "figured out."
Start. Suck. Learn. Improve. Win.
