Here's what I see constantly..... agents stressing about their entire
lead database instead of focusing on the ones actually ready to move.

You call once. Maybe twice. No answer. You move on.
That lead sits for 6 months and then buys with someone else 😬

Stop trying to work all 1,000. You can't. You won't.

Find the 15-20 who are ACTIVELY searching right now.
Those are the only ones that need your attention today.

Here's a CRM tip that takes 5 minutes and could change your week 👇

Every morning before you do anything else, open your CRM and check 2 things:

📲 New texts from leads
🏠 New property searches

That's it.

If someone texted you back - they're warm. Follow up.
If someone is actively searching listings. Call them.

Most agents let these sit for days. Or worse, they never see them at all because they're not actually using their CRM 😬

The hottest leads in your pipeline aren't the new ones. They're the ones already raising their hand.

Sometimes lead conversion in Real Estate is not 1000% steps. Simple, practical habits like these can dramatically help your business.

And here's the thing... she could have.

There's enough free content on YouTube to piece together a basic ad setup. AI can write your copy. Canva can make your graphics.

Tech makes everything look DIY-able now.

But here's what nobody talks about.

Just because you can do something yourself doesn't mean you should. I could buy gas station sushi if I wanted to.

Ruby is a Realtor. Her time is worth money. Every hour she spends learning ad platforms is an hour she's not in front of buyers and sellers.

Income producing activities first. Always.

➡️ When a new expired hits, send a small gift card by mail (automated)
