, was a gentle 17 year old high school senior from the Highland Park community in Los Angeles, California. His family shared the heartbreaking truth that Xavier was a "beautiful, caring, & loving boy" who faced heavy, relentless bullying throughout his high school years
Friends remembered him as funny & kind, someone who could always make people laugh. Yet, he often carried an immense weight in silence, hesitating to speak out because he was deeply afraid that he would end up getting punished instead of the bullies.
The world lost this bright young soul on September 30, 2026, when Xavier tragically passed away after a devastating fall from a fourth-floor balcony on the campus of Benjamin Franklin High School. Heartbreaking video footage from inside the school surfaced showing that an altercation took place in a classroom just moments before the fall, where a teacher tried to intervene before Xavier was struck & fled down the hall
While the Los Angeles Police Department & school authorities are conducting an active, ongoing investigation to uncover the full truth of what transpired, there is an urgent plea echoing through the community. Hundreds of loved ones & neighbors have gathered outside the school for vigils, holding signs that read, "Stop the hate in bullying" & "If you see something, say something."
This devastating loss must serve as a critical wake-up call for comprehensive bullying awareness & systemic change. We must stand together to create safer environments where our children never have to suffer in fear or silence & where clear action is taken against those who cause harm
Sending my deepest, most heartfelt condolences to Xavier’s family, friends & everyone who loved him. May his memory inspire us to choose kindness every single day & may his loved ones find a sliver of peace & comfort in the arms of a community that mourns deeply alongside them 🙏🏼
Rest In Peace Xavier 🕊️🤍
