An Unforgettable Evening, Making a Meaningful Difference ✨

Soo rewarding to join this incredible community of 550 supporters at the Promises2Kids Dream On Concert Gala this week! It was a night to remember with inspiring stories, Foreigner’s exciting music, and a winning menu curated by famed chef Jeffrey Strauss that energized guests for an evening on the dance floor. 💃🏻🕺🏽

Congratulations Tonya Torosian, presenting sponsors Kevin & Raegan Prior, and Joan Waitt who hosted the event at her beautiful La Jolla home! The life-changing evening raised critical funds to support foster kids, and inspired us all to give more and do more! 💙

Where Conservation Meets Celebration: An Unforgettable Rendezvous In The Zoo (RITZ)! 🐘🎉

BCIpr had a fantastic evening with The Shipyard Crew, Visit San Diego, San Diego Business Journal and Modern Luxury showing up & showing out to support the San Diego Zoo’s globally renowned education and conservation initiatives, engaging youth to care deeply at a young age. Triton Takeover! 🧜‍♀️

UC San Diego Alumni – If you missed the front page of the The San Diego Union-Tribune on Sunday, be sure to check it out! The fantastic article by Gary Robbins and Paul Sisson showcases the NEW Triton Center and highlights Chancellor Pradeep Khosla’s outstanding leadership in transforming the UC San Diego campus.

As a proud UC San Diego alumnus, I had the privilege of touring the new Triton Center with fellow alumni. Special thanks to Assistant Vice Chancellor of Alumni Relations Shara Freeman Hoefel at UC San Diego and Michael Borcic with general contractor, McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. for the hard hat tour. Can’t wait to see the Grand Opening during this year’s Homecoming, November 5-8, 2026! 🔱

Loved reading Matthew Semic, PE’s descriptions of the engineering challenges when planning for San Diego International’s New Terminal 1, especially the need to unravel “75 years of a spaghetti bowl of utilities.” 🍝

Downtown’s future looks bright! 🌆🌟

Had a fantastic evening celebrating with friends & colleagues at the Downtown San Diego Partnership’s Create the Future Awards gala on Wednesday! These annual awards honor the people, projects, and initiatives driving the bright future of Downtown.

It was especially exciting to see the San Diego International Airport’s New Terminal 1 win this year’s “Create the Future Award”—well deserved for such a transformative project! Great to see Atif Saeed, A.A.E., IAP, accept on behalf of the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority.

Congratulations to all project partners for the New T1, including Latitude 33 Planning and Engineering (landside civil engineer) for getting us to the airport faster, safer, and with less stress! 🚗 👏
