And two, by picking the right strategy for a company and having the courage to stick to it, it will greatly increase the likelihood of success. With that understanding, we can all get to work as a team. Our process requires understanding a company, their product, the people within the organization, the customers a company has and the ones they've lost. We implement step one in our process: UREEL. Understand, Research, Educate, Experience and Learn. We will often recommend a research firm to conduct a primary research study that will help us make the right decisions on how to approach a business. We work with the findings and develop a strategy -- with the client-- that we will implement using tactics that uphold the strategy. We’ll work within budget parameters and make the right decisions and investments based on solid information and research. And we’re in it together. For the long haul.
