A message from our CEO, Ric Militi:

One belief has guided me throughout my career: I don’t lead from the bottom line. I lead from above the line.

I believe great leaders put people before profits.

To me, that means leading with empathy, empowering others to think like entrepreneurs and creating a culture where every person feels they have the opportunity to make a difference. The interesting thing is that when you focus on people first, the business results usually follow.

I recently had the opportunity to share that philosophy during an interview with Inc. 5000. I hope it encourages a few leaders to think differently about what it really means to build a successful company.

Fourteen years. One team.

We celebrated our 14th anniversary the InnoVision way — by serving the people who make this brand go above and beyond. Our OPCO team, including our CEO, put on the aprons and spent the afternoon scooping ice cream, building sundaes and serving banana splits to the team we’re proud to lead.

At IMG, leadership means service. It means showing up, staying humble and never forgetting that our success is built by one team, pulling in the same direction. Fourteen years didn’t happen by accident. It happened because of the talent, commitment, care and buy-in of the people in this building.

If you missed it during The Big Game, we created a fully AI-powered television commercial for Valley View Casino & Hotel that aired across San Diego and delivered a bold, strategic brand moment on one of the biggest stages in advertising.

Produced entirely in-house alongside our sister brand, Pretzel Logic Productions, the spot demonstrates what’s possible when creativity, emerging technology and trust come together. AI allowed us to move quickly, think differently and deliver a cinematic, broadcast-quality commercial under a tight deadline.
