Most Law Firms know the value of Google reviews but still don’t have a concentrated effort to obtain them. Here are a few tips to increase your review count:

1. Simply ask past clients. Ask via email, text and phone call.
2. Practice good timing. When you have good news for a client, ask for a review. They are more likely to follow through when they are emotionally involved. PI Lawyers - Hand them a settlement check and then ask them to leave you a review from their phone on the spot.
3. Create a company culture that cares about reviews. You can’t rely on one person, so train your staff to ask clients as well.
4. Implement software to automate the process. Birdeye, Podium and ReviewTrackers are worth checking out.

Don’t forget to show your community you appreciate them by responding to all reviews. Review responses also feed more content to your Google Profile Manager listing.

Database Marketing - Mine your Practice Management Software for referrals. Reach out to past clients to stay top of mind and generate referrals.

Attorney Referrals - Reach out to other local attorneys. Build relationships to create additional referral sources.

Wrap Some Uber and Lyft cars - Get brand awareness for your Law Firm by wrapping the cars of Uber and Lyft drivers in your community.

Community Involvement - Sponsor and attend local events, donate to local charities and also offer to provide pro-bono legal services, bring your team and volunteer your time.
