You really only have 2 options on social media right now…

Option 1: Post organically 2–3 times a day, every single week, spend hours creating content, and hope the algorithm shows your posts to the right people.

Option 2: Create 1–2 videos per month, run simple Facebook ads, and guarantee the exact people you want seeing your content actually see it over and over again.

This is why I stopped relying on organic posting and started using paid ads instead. Less work. More visibility. Better results.

If you want more referrals, you don’t need more leads… you need more visibility.

Early in my career I used to chase leads for weeks—calls, texts, showings… all of it.
Many of them ended up ghosting and ended up using someone their friend referred.

That’s when it hit me… I wasn’t losing to a better agent, I was losing to trust so I STOPPED chasing leads and started nurturing relationships instead.
Referrals don’t need convincing… prospecting does.

Client attraction is just math….

If 10% of people move every 12 months an 100% of people know someone who’s moving they can refer you to, there’s plenty of business right inside your
- phone
- social media accounts
- friends and family
- and anywhere else you converse

People tend to move every 4-7 years so just work the math. 80% of people hire the first person they meet with, which should tell you the #1 thing to do is be top of mind.

People will hire someone they know, like, trust, but can only do so when they are remembered.

Stop chasing shiny objects and start nurturing the relationships you already have and see what happens.
