This quarter, the creative team picked archery.

Bows, arrows, and a whole team of designers and writers trying to hit a target. The kind of afternoon a design review cannot replicate.

Culture isn't a value on the wall. It's a line in the budget that says, go do something together.

This is not a plaque on the wall. It is a receipt for the work every Wonderbud has put in, and every dental practice that has trusted us to grow alongside them.

Space theme. Real flight plans. Actual astronaut costumes. And a room full of what one of our leaders called "star power."

Every quarter, the whole Wonderist team gets in one room to look at the wins, break down the growth, and chart the next trajectory together. This one had trivia, Milky Ways on the line for the best costume, and department updates disguised as launch briefings.

Happy birthday to Laura Maly, co-founder of Wonderist Agency. Biggest heart in the room. And the reason a lot of Wonderbuds feel seen at work every day.

She built this agency into what it is, and she still shows up every day like it is day one. That same grit and energy carries into everything she does outside of work, from championing causes across San Diego to her long-standing support of Rady Children’s Hospital.

The dental industry is better because she is in it. Our team is better because we get to work with her.

Here is to another year of Laura being Laura.
