We recently had the pleasure of holding a training session at xiQ, Inc. on interview skills which was a truly enlightening experience.

Led by Wasif Mazhar, CEO MIH, the session covered everything from the basics of structuring an interview to the more advanced techniques for assessing candidates' fit for a particular role.

The key takeaways of the training was the importance of asking open-ended questions, the benefits of using behavioral interviewing techniques to get a better sense into candidate’s personality, and the usage of structured and non-structured interview formats.

Overall, the session covered everything from the basics of structuring an interview to the more advanced techniques for assessing candidates' fit for a particular role. Participants left the training session feeling much more confident in their ability to conduct effective interviews and make informed hiring decisions.
